Everybody has a needy part inside.It’s not about getting rid of him/her, it’s about learning to tend to him and communicate with and for her with love.

We often try not to have/be the parts of us that we don’t like. However when we reject our parts, their discontent will stick around and often grow.

We need to learn to stop and listen inwardly; being kind to ourselves. We need to talk to our different parts to gain understanding and give support, like we would talk to someone we love.
