Wisdom is found in the unknown, not through facts.

All ideas are simply movements of thought in the mind. They come, they go, they change all the time.
Yes we need to understand and use facts and analytical thinking to help us function and communicate in life. However, finding wisdom is a much vaster endeavour than simply assimilating intellectual information.

Wisdom is found only when we learn to observe and release our identified attachment to our thinking.
Wisdom comes when we recognise ourselves beyond our mind; as consciousness conscious of itself. It comes when our inner silent knowing presence is enough. When we rest in this, we relax about being right, being so much the one in control or needing to prove anything.

That’s why wise people often have less to say, less need to make their point, and will be less likely to argue or create conflict. For what? In wisdom there’s no personal self left to benefit.
