Healing not only needs to take place in the mind, it also needs to from there, translate into the nervous system of our body; the felt sense of our being.

Healing doesn’t mean we don’t ever feel stress, anger or anxiety. It is more that we know we are safe enough to regain ourselves and come back to more ease in our body.

When relaxation and presence happens in the body, we know it is real, connected, true.
We come home.
