Spiritual transcendence does not eliminate vulnerability, it lovingly encircles it.

We often have the mistaken goal in the spiritual journey of making it beyond our human vulnerability, if we can only transcend ourselves enough.

This is not the reality of enlightenment. An enlightened understanding leaves nothing behind, nothing out, nothing separate. All is included, encircled and wrapped in loving compassion.
