Sometimes we need to trust ourselves more, sometimes we need to let go of thinking we know and be less stubborn.

Ask yourself honestly which direction will bring a new, healthier balance to your way of being and to your old patterns and conditioned ways of doing things.

Nothing is as valuable as true self honesty.

Without the ability to change and grow, we become rigid and hard, or we become self effacing and doubting.

When we’re rigid and hard, we (and those in a relationship with us) suffer more. Banging against something hard hurts and can fracture.
We need to learn to open, soften and have flexibility in our thinking and ultimately surrender.

When we struggle to feel confident, we need to learn to listen, discern and trust our deep knowing.

Find balance.
