Do you close your heart, or allow life to keep breaking it further and further open until it’s so wide it connects you with all life?

Do you close your heart, or allow life to keep breaking it further and further open until it’s so wide it connects you with all life?

Who’s to say that the way I think about something is anymore the ‘right’ way of thinking than the person next to me.
It’s just thought.
Thinking holds no absolute truth. It changes from moment to moment and from person to person. We have to learn to see from beyond mind and points of view, and to connect from consciousness to consciousness. On this level we are one.

Bring attention to your breathing throughout the day.
Rest here in being.
The whole world is breathing and being.

With mindful awareness we can catch and see our thoughts and choose whether to give them the power of our believing them or not.
Just because we think something, doesn’t mean it has truth in it.

Who are you beyond all ideas of who you are?

Strive to live a life aligned with your heart and your highest purpose.

Do you choose to focus on love or fear? Use discernment but don’t cloud your vision with too much complexity.
The truest things in life are the most simple and closest to the heart.

What we believe can be fickle and changing and based on concepts and conditioning. It is not reliable.
Knowing is innate in being. Awareness is synonymous with being. Tune into this level of self connection and lived understanding. This is beyond the need for any belief. It just is.

‘I need to do what is right for me’…..
Let’s really open this out…
Experiment with being inquisitive, investigate….
Who is the ‘I’ and which ‘me’ am I referring to?
Sometimes ‘l’ can be: a protective parent part of us, or the hurt inner child part of us, or the school teacher/accountant/lawyer part of us, or the addict part of us, or the rebellious teenage part of us.
We have different experiences of what we take to be ourself all the time. We blend and are identified as one part or another at a time, often changing and conflicted.
Don’t just assume that any one part is who you are. Even the part/idea you see yourself as most of the time. We are much more than any part or collection of ideas, thoughts and memories that make up a person.
We are that which sees all parts and ideas come and go and yet remains unchanging.

Allow yourself to question even your own thoughts and beliefs.
Find the space of awareness beyond all mind. Open and vast and empty yet full, like the sky.
