Why do we on large judge ourselves for our emotions?
Just like the sky has weather clouds that come and go, we too are a vastness that has emotions that move through and happen within us.
It’s where we resist emotions; judge, suppress, avoid or hold onto emotions that our emotional process becomes problematic.
Learning a balanced, healthy non judgmental way of allowing and listening to our emotional body is a powerful way to open our heart to ourselves and others.
The gift of learning to move though tough emotions is immensely expansive for our capacity to love.
Having deep deep tears can become a huge healing.
