Instead of focusing on what you want to get rid of, place your energy into doing more and more healthy things that you enjoy.

They can be tiny things, such as watching the birds bounce across the lawn, or feeling the pleasure of the hot water on your skin in the shower, growing pot plants or walking in nature.

What we focus on grows.
What we resist persists.

When we focus on what we don’t want to have, we are living in a way that is generating more and more resistance in our experience and we keep trying to make it different.

When we are doing things we enjoy, we relax.
