Be aware of what you put in your body.

The food you eat generates your cells. In that directly literal sense, you are what you eat.

We all need to be as supported as possible by our body to help us feel good in our emotions and our thoughts.

Our body, feelings and mind are intrinsically linked and impact each other more than we often realise.

We all need to be as healthy as we can to, not just survive, but thrive in this changing, unpredictable world.

Look after yourself and those you love.

Read the ingredients list on things you buy. If there are too many numbers and preservatives and goodness knows what in it, don’t buy it. It’s NOT actually food.
