This compassionate being is our true, complete Self; able to include and embrace all that appears incomplete. for a time we need our unhealed parts and experiences to help us seek this love within.
Learn to observe and bring awareness to the different parts of yourself and how they show up.
When we learn to identify our
sub-personalities, we realise they are not who we are and we step back into our observer position.
Knowing ourselves as this place of awareness, wisdom can come, reaction is released and compassion can fill the space.
