Counselling won’t change you, it will give you the support, the bridge, the awareness and the tools to change yourself.

We all need help in our life.
We don’t know what we don’t know, and so a therapist can help us see our blind spots and be a bridge to new knowledge. However in the end, it’s up to us to apply and practice and commit to our growth. In this way, the only one that can ultimately change us is ourselves.
