Being misunderstood can be one of the most painful things.

How much do we think we know someone and where they are at, and how much do we go on ideas or judgements that we’ve formed that aren’t necessarily grounded in connection and communication?

Boundaries are important when we can see unhealthy relational patterns and yet let’s be aware not to disconnect and isolate ourselves through our own thinking and assumptions.
