Why do we so often feel we need to fix or change our feelings? Life is constantly expressing itself emotionally.

Yes we need to find balance and health within our emotional expression in looking after ourselves and others. However so often this comes with the notion of not being too emotional, or feeling like there is something wrong with our emotions.

What we resist persists. So when we can find allowing curiosity, compassion and acceptance with how we feel, this changes the landscape of our experience.
