Be alive to the magic, the beauty and the miracles. The more we look with fresh eyes, the more we realise how incredible life is.

Be alive to the magic, the beauty and the miracles. The more we look with fresh eyes, the more we realise how incredible life is.

Be kind.
Love yourself enough to be with people that are healing and safe and connected.

It is important to discern who we choose to listen to and spend time with.
How do we feel when we are with them?
How aware are they of their energy, their presence, and the way they are impacting those around them?
Do they talk at us or with us?
Is there room for your voice too?
Are they able to listen?
Do they ask us how we are or only talk about themselves?
How do we feel after we’ve spent time with them?

Love and respect our human journey, our boundaries and limitations. We need to look after one another.

“The highest form of grace is silence. It is also the highest teaching.”
Ramana Mahashi
It’s such a simple thing for self care, and yet so important. We need to be connected with life all around us. We need to expand our horizons and be alive to nature and colours and sun and rain. We need to spend time outside.

Forgive yourself. No one gets things right 100 percent of the time. You deserve as much compassion as anyone else.
We are allowed to be human. We are allowed to be here to learn. We are all worthy of compassion.
When we empty ourselves out, we can be filled with life itself. We can rest in the beauty of what is here.
Wisdom does not belong to anyone.
It is part of life, all around and yet passing and moving. Sometimes fleeting, sometimes seemingly stable.
If we think we can claim or grasp wisdom, it is like a wind between leaves, it comes and goes as it pleases. It can be like sand between our fingers.
No one owns wisdom. It is like a cat.. if we hold too tightly it will jump off our lap, if we think we own it, it will let us know in no uncertain terms that it is it’s own creature.
We can merge in wisdom’s beauty and yet we must relinquish our entire identity to reside fully in its house. There is no me or you there. There is no individual left to be wise.

Where is your orientation?
What is your direction?
What is your motivation?
How are you relating in this moment?
