Creating space in our body is a pathway to create space and peace in our inner being.

Creating space in our body is a pathway to create space and peace in our inner being.

We look to everything in life to try and find our self; to find a sense of home and something to hold on to.. And yet we overlook our very own presence, always and already with us through everything.
Coming into our breath and our body, is a way of returning to self, to touching the sacred ground of our own being, of returning home.
Self reflection is gold.

Connection is from within.
We can be alone and yet connected. We can be alone and disconnected (equal to feeling lonely).
We can be with others and be connected, and we can be with others and yet be disconnected.
The difference is.. where is our awareness? Are we knowingly connected inwardly with the sense and presence of our loving self? Are we in with the moment unfolding? Or are we in our head, our thoughts, our judgements, our beliefs, and bringing things from the past or anticipating the future?
Are we alive to the people we are with? Can we sense their being? Are we attuned to what is harmonious and graceful? Or do we relate through our thinking and impose things onto the moment, through an unconscious agenda?
Where is our consciousness? What is our conscious intention in any given moment? Let’s be deeply self honest.
Looking honestly into these questions inside our own experience are good contemplations to practice and live by.

No one wants to feel pain. It’s a natural human dilemma that we all have a certain amount of pain in our lives. When we can learn ways to bear our pain, enough to remain present with ourselves and our heart through it, we can stop running, stop finding endless scapegoats or distractions, stop creating anxiety and begin to heal.

Learning to discern between our conditioned mind and our wise heart-centered awareness mind, is the basis of wisdom.
Imperative for living a fulfilling, connected, peaceful and loving life.
We first need to learn how to stop, step back, observe and have space from our automatic thoughts.
Meditation, mindfulness, yoga, therapy, waking in nature, gardening.. all useful practices to support our awakening from mind.

May we all be supported in our life and with our growth.
May we all live with kindness and be sovereign within our being. May we live our integrity and help one another.

Much love.

Slowing down, taking time to do absolutely nothing is so important. It allows us to go within, to empty out, to see what needs tending to, to reset, to be kind.
When we can truly learn to rest we can experience our beingness, we can reside deeply in the present, gently, without judgement and with loving kindness for one’s self.

Awareness is vaster than the individual.

The more we let go of our personal identifications and come into Self realisation and Self knowing, the less we need to defend, prove, attain or sustain our ego’s ideas of ourself. It is only from ego-mind that we can ever be arrogant or not good enough.

Everything we experience, we can only experience through our self. The more connected and aware we are of ourselves, the more connection we can experience with all of life.
