Deep quiet is the healing balm of the soul.

Practice being in silence often. Even if it is just a glimpse; a moment of noticing.

Deep silence is within. It exists as the base of your being and resonates underneath every external physical sound, no matter how loud.

Real silence is never not there. You just have to learn how to listen.

‘You could sum up meditation as the art of listening’ – Adyashanti.

What does it take to be truely well?

It means tending to your body, feelings and mind every single day.

Every single day.
Throughout the day.
Not one day left out.

If you are there to tend to your body, feelings and mind.. it is clear that you are more than your mind, feelings or body.

This more than which you are, is where wellness takes on another dimension. The dimension of inner peace.

Fill your life with what inspires you.

Every moment is like a grain of sand. When you put them all together you have a beach.

When you put your intention and attention into filling your moments with what is meaningful and inspiring and what feels to be really you.. that is an amazing life.

This also includes how you embrace and relate to all sides of your experience, happy, sad, angry; adversity and resilience are part of forging incredible fortitude and inspiration.

Not one moment isn’t precious and a doorway to creating your life.

When you want to help someone, help them with where they are, not to get them to be where you think they need to be.

Learn patience and trust with the unfolding of peoples paths (including your own).

We never know what each of us might need to go through to help us come to a point of awakening.

Sometimes suffering and struggling is part of the process needed to forge the inner will and clarity to let go or to make change happen.

Helping means being with in something first before trying to fix anything.

We all have layers of complexity.

It’s part of being human. Learning to see them, care and take responsibility, that is growing up.

Until we do our inner work, life will not be what we might deeply hope for.

Coming home to yourself is the true path. Until we walk it, we will be wandering, lost, looking for treats that in the end never quite feel like enough.

A powerful prayer.

Thank you for the abundance of love in my life.

If you want abundance and love, practice seeing and appreciating it wherever it is, fill your being with moments of recognition.

Abundance responds to recognition of abundance.
What we focus on grows.

Even if you feel desolate, and far from abundance, there are things look for things that we take for granted.

Life gives us an abundance of air to breathe, sunshine to warm us, rain to grow, moments to learn, love in our own being.

We can be grateful for silence, for the stable earth under our feet, a warm bed, hot water, people in community and family and friends and and and…

Abundance.
