In learning to be self secure, it’s not about getting to a point where we never feel lonely.

It is that we can learn to be with the lonely part in us with a level of self care, self compassion and clarity that it has never received before.

Loneliness requires your presence. Your own company aware inwardly with yourself.

When we can be guided to learn to do this, it can be a healing process that can open our heart to ourself in our journey home.
