Yoga is not ‘stretching’, it is an entire spiritual philosophy and path, of which looking after the body is simply one part.

Each of us needs to follow guidance that resonates with our heart and speaks to our truth.

There is no one religion or path that is superior or right for everyone.

I myself have benefited from a multitude of spiritual teachers and teachings. Receiving insights in different ways through each.

I found it has also been very helpful and important for me to go deeply into a framework of teachings, so as to go to that depth in myself with applying it and gaining understanding experientially rather than just theoretically.

No point in being ‘all spiritual’ if you’re not actively practicing and applying the teachings in your life.
