Sometimes in a moment of not thinking we can realise we are so utterly at home within the sweetness of our inner being.
Silence is not just about the absence of external noise, more importantly it is the lessening of the noise of our mind and emotions.
Within inner silence we open to the vastness of awareness and connectedness.
There is only one silence. Inner or outer they are one. And yet with the recognition of it, it is as if they then merge and blend, and the seperate silence of ‘me’ dissolves like honey in lemon. And who I am swirls in the ether all around. Infused in and as life itself.
