You can’t control your mind, but you can gain control over how much you follow the mind.

Thoughts are things. They have no power in and of themselves unless we give them power by believing them.

We cannot control all the thoughts that come into our mind, but we can choose not to engage with them. And we can actively replace them with more supportive and helpful thoughts.

Don’t believe what you think without checking it out first!!.. Is it really true?
