The opposite of anxiety is to trust in this moment.

Anxiety exists only for the future. It is stress about what will happen in the next moment, be that one second away, one hour, one year, or ten years from now.

And then we layer anxiety with anxiety about having anxiety.

Come back to your centre.

There is no anxiety when you are fully present; one with the moment. There is simply experiencing and responding with aliveness to what is.

When anxiety riddles your mind, come back to this moment NOW. Come back to the breathing already happening, come into the sensation of your felt sense of being. Use your physical senses to connect you to reality, present all around you.

Rest in recognising the safety you are.
