We can’t let go or change something unless we know clearly what it actually is.
Unless we look at the root cause for our stuff, we will not have a lot of luck in sustaining real change. Will power alone is not enough.
It’s one thing to work on the level of trying to change our dysfunctional behaviours, it’s another to get to the root cause of what unconsciously drives those behaviours.
