Learn to know the difference between love and infatuation, dependency and attachment.
Love can never actually leave us, as it is our heart, our inner source, our own being from which love pours forth.

Love can never actually leave us, as it is our heart, our inner source, our own being from which love pours forth.

Build strength, clarity, self worth, self confidence.
Shine.
Inspire people.
Just by being true to who you are, challenge people to step up to your energy level.
Often in trying to help people we can find ourselves kind of being pulled down; joining them in their misery. Like there is some belief that if I suffer too, then somehow that makes me a good person.
If we really want to be of service, we need to give ourselves permission to really protect and nurture our fullest wellbeing.
No one genuinely reaches out for help from someone, unless they sense that there is something in them that is more stable, that is ok and has a strength and clarity of well-being.
Compassion and presence alongside suffering yes, acknowledging yes, but jumping in there too.. that just then makes two suffering people needing help.

I call us home into our heart, into peace, presence, joy.. into our Self.
You in who you really really really really really are.. you are never not here and we are one.

Don’t use a spiritual aspiration to measure yourself against.
If we are not feeling present and appreciative, it doesn’t mean we aren’t still on our path. We are just at that point feeling the other side of experience.
The universe has us experience both sides of the coin in our human journey, to assist us in our expansion of consciousness.
Everything in the end is to help us orientate to our highest growth.

Ask.
Listen.
Care.
Open.
Consider.
Be humble and vulnerable.
Be kind.
Allow not knowing.
Call, talk, converse. Don’t hide behind a screen or messaging.
Don’t think your way of seeing it is the way it is for the other person.
Notice when you close.
Notice when you get defensive.
Notice how attached you are to your views and ideas.
Check if you could be judging yourself and unconsciously protecting yourself from that.
Notice if you need to be the one in control.
The shaky ground outside of our comfort zone is often where we can meet each other anew and more deeply.

Know you are enough.
Practicing being; allowing this moment as it is, listening with our body, our senses and our heart.

When we love someone, their happiness is our happiness, their sadness is our sadness.

May we all come into clarity of being, of presence, of grace, of loving awareness.
Letting go is often painful, but it is more painful, just in a slower and withering kind of way, to hold on and on; caught in thoughts of a ghost from the past or what might be/might have been.
