First things first.. become clear on what your truest intentions are.
What is most important to you in your life? What do you value above all else?
What if you had only one year left to live.. what would you want to focus your life on and make sure is way up there in your reality?
To check in and gain some clarity, some simple things you can do to help you access your knowing from a wiser you are:
- Sit silently for 5 mins, listening to how your body feels and your emotions present. Perhaps place your hand on your chest or belly to help you ground.
- Walk at a relaxed pace in nature and pay attention to beauty all around you. Notice the small things.
- Appreciate simple moments, like having a hot shower, a nice cup of tea, a cuddle with your pet. Notice how these things calm and soothe your body.
- Be in your breath for even just one whole complete breath.
- Listen for the subtle sounds all around.
- Stretch and move your body.
- Make sure you get enough sleep.
- Reduce sugar and other junk in your diet.
- Listen to what you enjoy and make sure to include at least one of those things everyday.
