What position your mind takes doesn’t have to encompass or define who you are or who anyone else is.

We are more than a collection of opinions, ideas and beliefs. We are a human heart, a soul, a living embodiment of consciousness.

Thoughts come and go.
Our attachment to them can be fickle and unreliable, or stubborn and damaging.

No thought in itself is rock solid truth, as we have the innate consciousness providing choice, where we can change or release our thoughts in any moment.

Thoughts can be used as powerful tools to generate connection, intelligence and growth. And yet if we are not consciously awake to our mind, our thoughts run their own course, attach to certain tendencies and generate suffering, division and fear.

Learn to become aware of what thoughts you are following. Are they cultivating gratitude, peace, prayerfulness and respect?
Or are they cultivating complacency, fear, victimhood and blame?

As an adult only we are responsible for our relationship with our mind and how this creates our reality.
Getting help to do this inner work is beyond important. It creates our whole life.

Sometimes we need to trust ourselves more, sometimes we need to let go of thinking we know and be less stubborn.

Ask yourself honestly which direction will bring a new, healthier balance to your way of being and to your old patterns and conditioned ways of doing things.

Nothing is as valuable as true self honesty.

Without the ability to change and grow, we become rigid and hard, or we become self effacing and doubting.

When we’re rigid and hard, we (and those in a relationship with us) suffer more. Banging against something hard hurts and can fracture.
We need to learn to open, soften and have flexibility in our thinking and ultimately surrender.

When we struggle to feel confident, we need to learn to listen, discern and trust our deep knowing.

Find balance.

Come Home.

Sometimes we don’t see the very thing we’re believing so vehemently,
is that which holds us prisoner.

Sometimes we believe we need to hold on for dear life, thinking we will fall, fall, unless we know and think we know and have something to hold.

Consider this.. perhaps it’s the opposite.
Perhaps freedom comes when nothing grasps, when we let go.

Let go.
Let go of thinking we know.
Let go of holding all our ideas of control.
And offer ourselves to whence we came, whence we came from.

There is no absolute knowing of anything other than pure being.

Come home.

Never has it been more clear to me than now, how one person’s actions effects the whole country, and indeed the whole world.

Oneness and interconnectedness are not just spiritual concepts, they’re actually a scientific and very real human reality. Everything is connected to everything and everything effects everything.

We need to bring as much awareness as we can to what choices and actions we take. We are each more important to each other than any of us realise.

Taking responsibility for your well-being isn’t just about you. Your wellness affects everyone around you.

Self care is not selfishness. They are two different things. When we look after ourselves we are looking after others. When we take responsibility and be the best we can be, it is best for others.

When we are well we can better look after our children. Friends and people we meet feel our energy and are effected by it.
Our physical health is interconnected throughout humanity.
How we look after ourselves makes a difference.
Our interactions make a difference.
Our being well on all levels: psychological, emotional, physical and spiritual, makes an enormous difference.

Look after yourself and give yourself kindness and support, wherever you are at. We all need that.

Create calm moments.

Being present with calm, our true nature shines through.
