When we see and appreciate beauty, we are in our love.
When we are in our love, we are beautiful.

When we see and appreciate beauty, we are in our love.
When we are in our love, we are beautiful.

Let sadness work it’s way through. Let the tears empty you out. Feel the sadness and where it sits or moves through your body. Let yourself feel the full extent you can. And then, knowing you are more than any emotion, let the space in you open.

Don’t lose yourself in the objects you love. Enjoy loving and learn to become seated in your heart, where the love arises and is known.

When we’re in pain, we are the one we need the most.
When there is joy, we are the vessel to connect with.
We need to be on board with feeling, expressing and caring for our own heart.
We need to be the one that is there for us no matter what. As we are the one that is always present. And our own kindness and non-judgment is the most healing of all.
Yes we need support from others too. And reaching out and sharing with someone we feel safe with is so important.
But in order to even do this, we need to be there with ourselves on it first.
Move towards yourself. And become aware of the ways you use to move away from yourself.

Even our breathing happens for us.

We don’t have to like our challenging feelings, but we can still wrap them with love.
We can bring our heart alongside ourselves within any experience we have.
We can be one who cares.

When people or pets or things you love move on, the love remains. It is always here, as it is you.

It all comes back to love.
Love in its highest form is our true nature.
When we reside in love, we come home within our widest heart.
Even unconscious, unkind or sick acts are at the base some kind of lost and misguided attempt to try to find some kind of good feeling or to avoid a bad one. To feel love not pain.

A wise person is a humble person.
Being humble helps us stay open.
When our mind and heart are open, we live through listening.
With listening life is always alive.

Seek completion in the knowing of your true nature. Being at home in your own being, you are already whole.
The process of coming home to ourself involves seeing that which we are believing or acting from, which is not truth.
